I began teaching at Safe N Sound in 2017, just after I became a mommy. Having my two boys attend this school and watching them grow up here is by far the best part of the job! I am originally from St. Louis, but my family and I live in Nixa. Before I became a pre-school teacher, I was a drama teacher and a nanny. I love working in the office because I am able to get to know all of the kids in the center and be a part of the awesome admin team.

Emily Stevens

Hello I’m Emily! I have been in the childcare field since 2017. I have been with the Safe N Sound family since February of 2020. In my time here I’ve learned and grown so much as a teacher and as a person. I’ve been thankful to develop such great relationships with our students, families, and coworkers. I’m currently in school to develop a degree in Early Childhood Education. Working with children has been my passion for as long as I can remember. I strive to always create a welcoming and safe environment, that will help students create positive relationships with their teachers and friends. In my free time, I love being with family, my fur babies, and reading. I can’t wait to see what the future holds and am excited to do it with you!

Hello, my name is Gina Wolf.  I am the owner of Safe N Sound Playground Preschool & Daycare.  My husband, Scott, and I have 5 wonderful children, so we know how important it is to find the right daycare.  I was a Springfield Police ​Officer for several years and I could not find a safe daycare that I felt comfortable leaving my children at.  So, in January 2005 we decided to open our own daycare and here we are today.  We have a big facility and a great group of teachers that love working with children.  Over the years I have watched many children come in as infants and

I started at Safe N Sound in 2018 in the Rainbow Fish classroom, then floated to different classrooms to find a perfect fit. In 2019, I found my home in the office, after working as assistant director for a while, I fell in love with doing the financial side of the work and am now the HR administrator. I have three children, Mya, McKenzie, and Levi. I have a passion for working with people and love making people laugh. In my free time, I enjoy cooking with my children and doing anything outdoors. Football is my favorite, Go Chiefs!
